Security information

General guidance on hardware security, multi-factor authentication, biometrics and safe crypto-access practices.

Security information for digital-asset access.

Hardware can add a useful layer of control, but it works best as part of a careful routine. The guidance below is general information—not a guarantee, a substitute for professional advice or a claim that any configuration is immune to attack.

Never share seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, authentication codes or recovery phrases. No legitimate support process should require you to submit them through a website contact form.

Check the source before the device

Acquire security hardware from legitimate, trusted channels. Inspect packaging and follow the manufacturer’s authentic setup instructions. Be wary of unexpected recovery cards, pre-filled phrases, altered instructions or links supplied by unsolicited contacts. Keep firmware and companion software updated through verified official sources.

Use multi-factor controls deliberately

When possible, distinguish between the device that initiates an action and the device or factor that confirms it. Review local prompts carefully, and avoid approving an action you do not understand. Multi-factor authentication may help reduce dependency on one secret, but its recovery process needs equal attention.

Consider biometric verification carefully

Biometric checks can provide a local user-presence signal. They should be assessed for privacy, device security, fallback access and the consequences of a failed sensor. Biometrics should not be treated as a universal replacement for other security practices.

Protect the physical environment

Keep devices, recovery material and backup information in appropriate locations. Separate operational hardware from recovery information. Document which person has which role, but do not place sensitive material in a shared document, email inbox or cloud note without a considered security plan.

Pause when a request is unusual

Urgency is a common social-engineering tactic. If an email, call, website or pop-up asks for a secret, requests a transfer or pushes a wallet connection, stop. Verify the request using an independent, legitimate channel. This site never asks for wallet credentials or a crypto transfer.

Can I contact this site for wallet recovery?

No. This site does not provide wallet recovery, account access or credential handling. Do not send sensitive information.

Does a hardware wallet remove all risk?

No. It may add helpful controls, but safe outcomes still depend on device authenticity, setup, updates, physical security and user decisions.
